Blackbuntu is a distribution done for penetration testing, which was designed especially for students training in security and professionist of security in the IT world. Blackbuntupenetration testing distro is based on Ubuntu and use as desktop environment GNOME. Last version ( 0.2 ) is being built with Ubuntu 10.10.

Weevely This software is a proof of concept of an unobtrusive PHP backdoor that simulate a complete telnet-like connection, hidden datas in HTTP referers and using a dynamic probe of system-like functions to bypass PHP security restrictions.
VideoSnarf is a new security assessment tool that takes an offline pcap as input, and outputs any detected media streams (RTP sessions), including common audio codecs as well as H264 Video support.
Fragrouter is a network intrusion detection evasion toolkit. It implements most of the attacks described in the Secure Networks "Insertion, Evasion, and Denial of Service: Eluding Network Intrusion Detection" paper of January 1998.
